This feature allows the merchant to track payments that are made within the Data Vault clients summary page, even if cash or paper check are used as payment.
When submitting a quick pay sale the merchant has access to using outside payment types such as cash (Should you encounter an issue with this not enabled, please contact the SPARROW Support Team.)
Data Vault > Clients > Search
Select the Sale link (Action Tab)
Fill in the Amount
Select the Merchant Account
Select the Payment Information
Press the Sale button
Fill in any additional information, then select the Pay Now button.
A Transaction Receipt page will appear, once satisfied, please select the Exit button.
