FBI Tools - Email Ban Rule

Should you encounter an issue and want to ban an email, here is the email to set:

  1. Go to the FBI Tools tab
  2. Click the Custom Rules
  3. Select the Add Custom Rule
  4. Fill in the Name of the Rule
  5. Put in a Description
  6. Select the Categories
  7. Click on the button in the Element 1 section
  8. Select the following:
    Type:  Transaction API Fields
    Value:  Email
  9. For the Operator, select the "Starts With"
  10. Click on the button in the Element 2 section
  11. Fill in the email address (that is before the @gmail.com)
  12. In the Action, select the Reject
  13. Select the Enabled checkbox
  14. Then press the Save button
  15. Go to the FBI Tools
  16. Then go to the Assign Rules and Filters tab
  17. Select the first checkbox that is next to the rule that you just set
  18. Select the Apply to All Merchant Account
  19. Then press the Save button
