To view all payment plans which require review, use the Review Plan Assignments option.
Step 1: Select the Review Plan Assignments item in the Data Vault menu.
Step 2: Choose the appropriate filters. The choices are as follows:
» Assignment ID – unique id of the plan assignment.
» Client Token – unique token of the client.
» Plan Token – unique token of the plan.
» Plan Name – the name of the assigned plan.
» Plan Description – the description of the assigned plan.
» Start Date range – the date of the first plan payment.
» End Date range – the date of the last plan payment.
Step 3: Click the Submit.
Step 4: Click Approve to approve the assignment or Decline to decline it.
You can see the details of the assignment by clicking on its ID in the grid.
