Step 1: Click Capture in the Payments menu
Step 2: Enter the Transaction ID or click the Search button next to the field and choose a Transaction ID to Capture.
Step 3: Enter the Amount to Capture. This amount can be any amount not to exceed the amount of the Authorization.
Step 4: Enter the Tip Amount (if initial transaction has tips)
Step 5: Enter the Surcharge Amount (if initial transaction has surcharges)
Step 6: Enter email addresses to which transaction receipt should be sent (optional). User can specify several email addresses separated by comma
Step 7: Proceed by clicking the Capture button.
