Check for chargeback issues

In order to find out about the status of a chargeback issue, it would be advised to contact your processing bank.  Normally, they send out a fax or paper statement for chargeback.  

If chargebacks become an issue for you, we have partnerships with a few chargeback notification systems that sent out emails within 24-48 hours of a chargeback being issued.  To get more information, please contact your Account Representative
