API - Transaction Missing from Reports

My transaction cannot be seen in the Transaction List and other reports, but was it Approved when it ran.
 
If accounts are still in the Pending status in the Administration Portal, transactions will not show on transaction search and lists.  Pending accounts are allowed to process, but transactions cannot be seen.  In this way merchants can start to process (or continue) transactions, but some aspect of the account setup must be verified before being changed to Active status.
